What you will do

• Develop product positioning, messaging architecture, and value propositions for core solutions including payments, cards, and compliance infrastructure.
• Create narrative visualizations, frameworks, and ecosystem diagrams to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Lead cross-functional GTM execution for new products, platform enhancements, and vertical-specific strategies.
• Craft top- and mid-funnel narratives to drive brand differentiation and pipeline growth across various marketing channels.
• Synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights into strategic recommendations for Executive and Product teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing within tech-led companies such as fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
• Proven ability to develop and scale product narratives for complex technical products.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Fort Lee, New Jersey.
• Exceptional storytelling, synthesis, and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience operating in high-growth or inflection-point environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in BaaS, embedded finance, or bank-fintech partnership models.
• Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, tokenization, or stablecoins.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries.
