What you will do

• Own the full event portfolio for a specific vertical (SMB or Mortgage), including industry conferences, roadshows, workshops, and executive dinners.
• Develop annual event strategies and budgets aligned with revenue goals to drive pipeline creation and deal acceleration.
• Define event KPIs and attribution models to measure impact on sourced and influenced pipeline.
• Source thought-leadership opportunities and partner with executives to develop compelling narratives and presentations.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows and automation to convert attendee lists into actionable revenue pipeline.
• Manage end-to-end logistics, including vendor negotiations, contracts, and on-site execution.

Requirements

• 3-10 years in B2B event marketing, demand gen, or ABM, with 3+ years owning major industry conferences.
• Proven record of tying event activities directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
• Proficiency with martech tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clay, 6sense, and Asana.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting abstracts, landing pages, and executive recaps.
