• Establish the global scaling strategy to increase the user base of the English test.
• Improve the overall test experience in close collaboration with UI/UX designers.
• Partner with AI researchers to develop novel features that enhance test security and efficacy.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate new feature ideas.
• Guide feature development by working closely with engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering outstanding results as a product manager.
• Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform product decisions.
• Top-tier design sense with a strong focus on detail and pixel-perfect execution.
• Must be based in the United States.
