What you will do

• Define domain vision and strategy aligned with enterprise platform, AI, and data initiatives.
• Drive deep integration within NavigateOne supporting shared workflows, unified reporting, and cross-domain insights.
• Develop multi-year outcome-driven roadmaps balancing customer needs, compliance, AI initiatives, and revenue growth.
• Account for adoption, retention, satisfaction, and revenue in product line portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Advance intervention management, case workflows, reporting tools, and analytics; contribute to data models and AI insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years senior-level product management experience owning major product area or workflow-centric SaaS in EdTech, Behavioral Health, GovTech, or mission-driven tech.
• Platform mindset with experience in multi-product ecosystems, shared data models, and cross-domain workflows.
• Execution discipline in developing strategic roadmaps aligned to business growth and platform objectives.
• Experimentation and iteration background in piloting capabilities and refining based on feedback.
• Responsible AI awareness including privacy, data governance, security, and ethics in regulated environments.
• Cross-functional influence and executive communication skills to articulate AI capabilities in business terms.
