Salary: $117,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategy for 6-12 curriculum products to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage, mentor, and support the growth of a team of curriculum content developers.
• Lead the building and launching of products by managing roadmaps, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Set goals and metrics, analyzing data from pilots, surveys, and focus groups to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software product management, design, engineering, and marketing.
• Review curriculum products and manage external review processes with subject matter experts.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
• Must be located in and work within the United States.
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing 6-12 learning products, specifically in CS and AI.
• 2+ years of experience as a people manager or equivalent mentoring experience.
• Fluency in at least one text-based programming language (e.g., Python or JavaScript).
• Deep knowledge of CSTA standards and the AI Literacy Framework.

Nice to have

• Direct experience teaching CS and/or AI, particularly in grades 6-12.
• Understanding of designing effective learning experiences in online and blended environments.
