What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to drive revenue through renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Lead end-to-end negotiation, contracting, and approval processes for complex deals.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing to increase retention and execute win-back campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and account data within Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Travel onsite to customers (approximately 40% of the time).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales.
  • Proven track record of closing sales and managing portfolios of 25+ accounts.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel onsite at least 40% of the time.
