What you will do

• Own and evolve the global operational risk framework and methodology across all active markets and regulatory contexts.
• Define methodological guidelines and act as the global reference point for framework interpretation and application.
• Bootstrap op risk frameworks in new international markets, translating global methodology into local contexts.
• Coordinate RCSA cycles with Business Control Officers and 1LoD stakeholders to provide independent review and challenge.
• Oversee the identification, classification, and follow-up of operational risk incidents globally.
• Partner with product and technology teams to evaluate and integrate risk mitigation for new features and processes.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Operational Risk Management within the financial services industry.
• Strong second line of defense mindset with the ability to provide independent oversight without formal authority.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence teams across multiple geographies.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to synthesize cross-geo risk data and identify patterns.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automations to design workflows and reduce manual work.
