What you will do

• Manage heavy phone lines, complex calendar scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, Agents, and Executives.
• Provide significant script coverage to support client pitches.
• Track current and potential clients while proactively engaging with new materials.
• Handle expense reports and general administrative office tasks.
• Conduct research and compile information for special projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
• Minimum 10 months of Assistant experience in an agency, studio, or talent management setting preferred.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited University or College preferred.
