TL;DR
Office Coordinator: Leading daily administrative and office services functions including maintenance, supply needs, utilities, kitchen inventory, and employee events with an accent on front desk operations, break room management, and facilities coordination. Location: Los Angeles, CA (onsite, #LI-Onsite). Employer does not offer work visa sponsorship.
Pay Scale: $25.00-$28.00 (hourly)

What you will do
- Serve as receptionist, greet visitors, handle mail, and manage vendor communications for building maintenance.
- Manage break room inventory, order supplies like snacks and coffee, maintain cleanliness, and handle recycling.
- Order and distribute office supplies and ensure stock levels.
- Plan and execute employee events, manage expenses, and create content for office TVs and announcements.
- Support onboarding with welcome kits, badges, parking, and training; handle offboarding access and shipping.
- Assist HR with expenses, meetings setup, branded merch, and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Experience with managers, leadership, customers, vendors, and multitasking/event planning/expense management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Excel reports preferred.
- Strong time management, active listening, confidentiality, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, energetic, flexible team player able to work independently.
