What you will do

• Execute data-driven creative strategies for Meta, TikTok, and Google campaigns.
• Create detailed briefs for designers, video editors, and copywriters.
• Analyze ad testing data to optimize performance and make strategic decisions.
• Research competitive landscapes and identify new market trends.
• Develop target group insights and customer avatars to guide creative direction.
• Write high-converting copy, including headlines and CTAs oriented toward sales KPIs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, or similar role.
• Proven experience working with e-commerce products.
• Experience creating performance marketing campaigns for the USA market.
• Strong performance orientation with a focus on measurable results.
• Ability to synthesize key messages and present them visually.
• Excellent English language skills.
