What you will do
- Scale high-budget campaigns across multiple traffic sources and geos to hit revenue and ROI targets.
- Develop and execute media buying strategies, identifying new traffic sources, geos, and verticals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mediabuyers, setting clear KPIs and accountability structures.
- Manage relationships with partners and networks to negotiate exclusive opportunities and better margins.
- Optimize internal processes and workflows to ensure scalability and efficiency across team operations.
- Collaborate with BI, Product, and Creative teams to maximize campaign performance.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of profitably managing high-spend campaigns.
- Experience in team management or mentoring.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of performance metrics.
- English: Fluent (written and spoken)
- Location: Must be based in Spain
Nice to have
- Experience in affiliate marketing.
- Expertise with multiple traffic sources such as Meta, Native, and Display.
- Strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CPL, and CPA models.
- Experience with BI tools, tracking systems, or custom dashboards.
- Basic understanding of funnels and creative assets.
