What you will do

• Lead day-to-day management of key brand partnerships, including high-profile activations like Atlassian Williams F1.
• Execute partnership strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Social, Events, Growth, and Creative teams to build engaging initiatives.
• Manage the partner lifecycle: evaluating opportunities, ideating initiatives, and assessing value and impact.
• Coordinate pre-activation promotion, on-the-day activities, and post-activation follow-ups.
• Demonstrate the effectiveness of partnership efforts through rigorous data collection and reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand partnerships management, strategy, and execution.
• Must be based in the United States (required for specific benefits and location constraints).
• Strong knowledge of and passion for the Crypto industry.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to pivot quickly.
• Ability to travel 20%+ of the time, both domestically and internationally.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Experience within the digital assets industry or financial services.
• Experience leading partnerships in creator, gaming, sports, art, music, or fashion verticals.
