TL;DR
ASO Manager (AI) (Mobile Apps/ASO): Leading app store optimization for multiple live and pre-launch applications across global and local markets with an accent on organic growth, conversion improvement, and app visibility. Focus on designing A/B tests, analyzing performance and user feedback, optimizing store features, and building data-driven reporting frameworks.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: From €2,000 gross per month

What you will do

  • Own and execute ASO strategies for global and local markets across hirify.global, GuruShots, and Digitaliya applications.
  • Lead optimization for live, pre-launch, and soft-launch applications.
  • Plan and analyze A/B tests, including Custom Product Pages and related app store features.
  • Manage promotional content, in-app events, featuring opportunities, and other storefront optimization initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and track market trends, ranking factors, and storefront changes.
  • Build ASO measurement and reporting frameworks, identify growth opportunities, and manage review sentiment and ratings improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven App Store Optimization experience with measurable impact on organic installs, conversion rates, and visibility.
  • Strong knowledge of app store algorithms, ranking factors, ASO tools, analytics platforms, and business intelligence.
  • Experience collecting, organizing, interpreting, and visualizing large datasets.
  • Proven ability to execute and analyze A/B tests, including Custom Product Pages.
  • Professional experience with AI processes and AI tools for workflow automation and content optimization.
  • Strong communication, presentation, independent working, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
