What you will do

• Own and execute the ASO strategy for global and local markets for hirify.global, GuruShots, and Digitaliya apps.
• Lead optimization for multiple live and pre-launch applications to increase organic exposure and installs.
• Plan and execute A/B tests, including Custom Product Pages, and interpret results to drive improvements.
• Manage app store features such as Promo Content and In-App Events to increase app visibility.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on market trends and ranking factors.
• Develop frameworks for measuring ASO performance and its impact on the user acquisition funnel.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) with a track record of driving organic installs.
• Professional experience in AI processes and leveraging AI tools for workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of app store algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with ASO tools, analytics platforms, and business intelligence data visualization.
• Proven ability to execute and analyze A/B tests and handle large datasets with attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius office.
