What you will do

• Own global performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and channel mix with full accountability for CAC, payback, and ROAS.
• Execute daily campaign operations: briefing, building, launching, and optimizing ad accounts.
• Collaborate with creative designers to test and iterate high-volume video and static assets.
• Build measurement and attribution infrastructure using MMPs (Appsflyer, Branch) and server-side tracking.
• Partner with hirify.global’s growth team to share frameworks and scale acquisition insights.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar paid budgets with a focus on CAC and payback.
• Deep technical expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Strong proficiency in attribution, MMPs, and incrementality measurement.
• Deep fluency in crypto, trading, or high-intent financial categories.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience with prop trading, leverage trading, or futures.
• History of running global, multi-region paid acquisition campaigns.
