Location: Hybrid — 3 days in the Vilnius office

Salary: €2800 - €3500 gross/month (based on experience)

What you will do

• Execute existing content calendar and campaigns across all channels with 100% on-time delivery.
• Plan, create, write, and post daily content while identifying and scaling viral opportunities.
• Monitor social media data and metrics to increase reach and views per post.
• Craft engaging, on-brand copy and ensure visual aesthetics meet premium standards.
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance, and creator teams for messaging alignment.

Requirements

• 4+ years as Social Media Manager or similar with proven track record of scaling accounts and driving business impact
• Experience running high-volume content testing loops.
• Hands-on execution in posting, writing, editing, and strategy building.
• Data-driven mindset to translate metrics into content learnings.
• Strong copywriting, visual aesthetic eye, and brand consistency balancing trends.
• Experience in wellness, health tech, or hardware DTC industries preferred.

Nice to have

• Strong creative thinking for new formats, hooks, and ideas.
• Ability to write briefs for creators and influencers.
• Experience with UGC and creator-led content.
• Basic design skills (Figma or similar).
