What you will do
- Meet revenue and profit goals through pipeline creation and consultative selling techniques.
- Manage and nurture a multi-tiered client portfolio within an assigned territory.
- Prepare service contract bids and repair job proposals using proprietary software and blueprints.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure rapid client communication.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of company products and elevator code requirements to serve as a primary client contact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Location: Must be based in Miami, FL.
- Strong ability to build relationships with customers and cross-functional colleagues.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
