What you will do

• Drive sales efforts for support services, including expansions, enhancements, and spare parts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, advising on the strategy and use of deployed automation.
• Conduct regular customer visits to identify and secure new project opportunities within the existing client base.
• Develop multi-year account plans and elaborate support/maintenance contracts.
• Coordinate across multiple internal departments to ensure all customer needs and tasks are completed.
• Manage the sales pipeline, provide regular updates, and maintain an accurate customer database.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Cincinnati to perform regular customer visits.
• Ability to manage and present a professional sales pipeline.
• Experience in consulting and sales of modernization or extension projects.
• Strong coordination skills to align various internal business units for client delivery.
