What you will do
- Manage, grow, and defend strategically significant Education accounts across geographies.
- Execute all sales activities using corporate tools and the sales process.
- Develop programs and strategies to build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Create and own account plans, including long-term goals and opportunity strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) data for monthly volume forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal allies and dealers to provide product presentations and facility strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in successful contract or capital goods selling, preferably with national or government accounts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Education/State & Local acquisition policies.
- Advanced skills in strategic, consultative selling, negotiation, and contract management.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-40%.
- Ability to effectively use office automation and CRM software.
