What you will do

  • Grow and retain market share and customer base while achieving profit sales targets.
  • Manage technical demonstrations and independently handle technical problem-solving for clients.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities using effective prospecting techniques.
  • Implement business pricing strategies and manage price increases to optimize profitability.
  • Tailor and deliver the company's value proposition to meet specific customer needs.
  • Train and mentor entry-level sales roles.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in a related industry.
  • Must be based in Germany and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
  • Bachelor's or University degree, preferably with a background in technical/mechanical fields, marketing, or chemistry.
