Account Manager (Portuguese)

What you will do

• Build trust-based relationships to retain and grow the client portfolio.
• Proactively manage churn risks and resolve escalations for high-value accounts.
• Drive adoption of solutions through consultative strategic conversations.
• Identify and close upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with Support and Product teams to execute key client initiatives.
• Act as an internal advocate for clients to influence feature development.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the European Union.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, B2B SaaS, or travel tech.
• Proven ability to manage risk, handle escalations, and retain accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen and consultative mindset.
• Flexibility to travel within the EMEA region.
