TL;DR

Commercial Associate (Banking): Building and nurturing relationships with large corporate clients and prospects with an accent on research, pitching, and sales. Focus on identifying profitable client opportunities, preparing commercial pitches, and supporting European tender processes.

Location: Hybrid (Utrecht, NL). First year 4 days in the office is expected.

Salary: €4,024 - €5,747 monthly

What you will do

• Prepare commercial pitches and conduct sector deep dives to identify market opportunities.
• Create marketing content and collaborate on the overall team strategy.
• Identify potential profitable client relationships and propose engagement strategies to senior management.
• Collaborate with various global regions and product groups to assess potential opportunities.
• Document client discussions and coordinate necessary follow-up actions.
• Support the European Tender process for Dutch State and Public Sector Banking mandates.

Requirements

• Relevant MSc degree in business, finance, or economics.
• 0-2 years of relevant sales or entrepreneurial experience.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
• Proactive, curious attitude and a team player mindset.
• Strong project management skills.
• Result-driven approach and affinity for working with global colleagues.
