What you will do

• Act as the primary product owner for Optimizely CMP and Salesforce within the marketing organization.
• Develop and execute plans to ensure seamless data and process integration across the marketing technology ecosystem.
• Define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT teams.
• Manage the implementation and user training for new marketing software.
• Lead change management and process re-engineering to drive operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing operations or martech, including 3-5 years in leadership roles.
• Deep technical knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), CMP, and marketing automation tools (Marketo, Adobe Campaign).
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML/CSS, APIs, and understanding of data architecture.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma.
• Must be located in or able to work from Tulsa, OK or Denver, CO.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Optimizely.
• Experience with iPaaS tools such as Zapier, Workato, or MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of emerging AI-adjacent tools to generate operational efficiencies.
