What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the MarTech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, and other point solutions.
• Implement AI orchestration for GTM pipeline generation through agentic capabilities for lead scoring and content generation.
• Build and maintain data models and automated flows to convert marketing activity into measurable pipeline.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales Ops, and RevOps to align on lead definitions and routing.
• Manage platform governance, including security, compliance, and vendor evaluations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or MarTech.
• Proven expertise running Marketo and Salesforce at scale, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, ETL, data modeling, and ad activation platforms.
• Experience implementing AI/ML features such as predictive lead scoring or intent features.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infinigrow or Common Room.
• Engineering skills in SQL, Python, or scripting.
• Experience in developer-centric or creative tooling companies.
• Salesforce or Marketo certifications.
