What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans to support sales objectives and pipeline growth.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in regional execution, including sales enablement and event follow-ups.
• Manage the full lifecycle of proprietary executive events, industry trade shows, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to execute and measure program performance.
• Partner with regional sales teams to provide essential tools and lead management insights.
• Implement AI-driven automation and new platforms to streamline processes and elevate program effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or B2B marketing roles.
• Must be based on the West Coast of the USA.
• Experience working in a technology startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge or background in IT, networking, or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
