What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the iPaaS and integration portfolio, consolidating the current landscape into a unified governed layer.
• Develop a product vision for low-code, self-service integration experiences allowing customers to manage third-party system connections.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to evaluate and select integration platform technologies aligned with Azure-native infrastructure.
• Define the API strategy, including lifecycle management, versioning, developer experience, and governance.
• Lead the development of agentic extensibility capabilities that leverage AI-driven integration and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to translate carrier pain points into prioritized product capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software environments.
• Proven experience owning integration, platform, or infrastructure domains (iPaaS, API management, middleware).
• Working knowledge of API design (REST, event-driven, webhooks) and cloud-native architectures, specifically Azure.
• Legally authorized to work in the US; the company does not sponsor visa petitions for this position.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and/or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of P&C insurance business processes, carrier operations, or InsurTech environments.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), event-driven architectures (CQRS), or shared services design.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or OpenAI Assistants API.
• Experience migrating from legacy integration engines (ETL/SOAP) to modern API-first architectures.
