What you will do
- Lead the development of strategic global paid media plans encompassing both RTB (Real-Time Bidding) and Direct IO.
- Execute and oversee in-house media campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google to drive performance and brand uplift.
- Create actionable media briefs for agency partners and manage cross-functional agency integration.
- Integrate 1st party data into paid media workstreams to improve targeting efficiency and personalize player connections.
- Analyze commercial and customer performance data from GWI, MRI Nielsen, and Pathmatics to optimize investment and ROI.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, including budget management, finance processes, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in media planning with a focus on strategic planning and agency briefs.
- Hands-on experience executing and overseeing campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Expert knowledge of holistic media planning principles, specifically RTB and Direct IO.
- Proficiency with research tools such as GWI, MRI Nielsen, and Pathmatics.
- Proven track record of managing US-specific budget, finance, trafficking, and campaign reporting processes.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Novato, California office.
