Compensation: $103,800 — $173,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
- Collaborate with partners and resellers on joint calls and sales activities to close deals.
- Deliver tailored product presentations and demos addressing customer challenges.
- Build and manage sales pipeline in Salesforce.com with accurate forecasting.
- Expand presence by targeting new accounts and nurturing relationships.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas while staying current on products and trends.
Requirements
- At least 2 years B2B sales experience with high-tech products/services, preferably in Commercial or SLED sectors
- Strong preference for direct channel sales experience
- Proven ability to coordinate sales across channel, engineering, marketing, and field teams
- Knowledge of virtualization industry
- Experience with Salesforce.com (plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Hybrid work: 2 days in office (Alpharetta, GA), 3 days remote; travel up to 25%+
