Salary: $170,000 - $230,000

What you will do

  • Evolve and refine the President's positioning strategy to ensure alignment with company priorities.
  • Develop and execute integrated 360-degree communication plans for external and internal audiences.
  • Provide strategic counsel to C-level executives and manage communications risks and sensitive matters.
  • Create high-quality content in the executive's voice, including keynote speeches, video scripts, bylined articles, and presentations.
  • Manage a calendar of activations and track communication KPIs to make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of applicable professional experience in communications.
  • Native or bilingual Spanish language proficiency.
  • Experience advising C-level executives with composure and discretion.
  • Must be based in or able to work from San Jose, California (Hybrid).
  • Exceptional writing and presentation development skills.
