What you will do

  • Act as strategic trusted advisor shaping client digital transformation and growth strategies in data, AI, and platforms.
  • Analyze manufacturing trends, technologies like AI and supply chain digitization, providing actionable insights.
  • Lead senior-level discussions on technology adoption, personalization, data strategies, and supply chain optimization.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations using hirify.global’s data capabilities for client impact.
  • Drive opportunities in connected ecosystems, predictive maintenance, AI insights, and digital commerce/supply chain platforms.
  • Partner with internal teams for seamless execution of initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years expertise and network in manufacturing (OEMs, suppliers, mobility), including connected supply chain, CX, data ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing dynamics and trends like connected vehicles, digital commerce, supply chain digitization.
  • Proven ability to align business strategy with AI, data platforms, digital commerce, intelligent supply chain.
  • Extensive client management in IT services/consulting, owning high-value accounts with 20%+ revenue growth track record.
  • Commercial acumen managing P&L, forecasting, financial targets; executive presence for C-suite engagements.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication; problem-solving in high-pressure environments; project management.
