TL;DR

Client Partner (Retail): Driving digital transformation and managing strategic accounts in the Retail sector with an accent on C-suite relationship management and revenue growth. Location: London, United Kingdom. Projects are almost exclusively on customer sites, so candidates must be flexible and open to travel.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic retail accounts, driving $20 million to $50 million in annual revenue.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation and proposal to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Establish and maintain value-based relationships with senior C-suite stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with account tech and delivery directors to execute account strategies and joint delivery governance.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for the Retail, Consumer, Travel and Transportation (RCTT) vertical.
  • Create "win-win" value propositions and drive continuous margin improvement.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the retail and consumer goods industry with a strong professional network.
  • Proven success in executive revenue-generating roles and managing strategic business partnerships.
  • Experience in agile software development project delivery and understanding of technical project execution challenges.
  • Ability to drive thought leadership and influence decisions using industry trends and innovation stories.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work within an ecosystem of external partners.
  • Must be based in London, UK and flexible for travel to customer sites.
