What you will do

• Act as the primary strategic partner for external clients and internal cross-functional teams.
• Lead integrated day-to-day efforts for key accounts, including writing scopes of work and managing timelines.
• Drive omni-channel marketing execution and digital transformation initiatives.
• Champion new ideas and incorporate AI tools to enhance the speed, quality, and scalability of deliverables.
• Manage matrixed teams and provide thought leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in client leadership within an advertising agency or marketing consultancy.
• Must be based in Los Angeles.
• Proven track record of organic account growth and expanding client relationships.
• Fluency in digital product deliverables, web development technologies, and design thinking.
• Experience managing CX engagements (strategy, UX/UI design) and AI-enabled platforms.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to evaluate creative work from strategic and executional perspectives.
