TL;DR

Systems & Enablement Lead, Recruiting Operations (HR Ops): Managing recruiting technology ecosystems and operational workflows with an accent on ATS administration, service health, and recruiter enablement. Focus on optimizing intake and triage processes, automating recurring pain points, and scaling recruiting infrastructure.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco (Hybrid: 3 days in office, Thu/Fri optional WFH)

Salary: $171k – $240k + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage recruiter-facing intake and triage for operational support requests across recruiting workflows.
  • Design and operate support mechanisms including queues, SLA management, and service health reviews.
  • Lead enablement for workflow changes through documentation, training, and communication.
  • Coordinate offer approvals and other sensitive recruiting workflows.
  • Identify recurring operational themes to drive process improvements and automation.
  • Partner with recruiters, coordinators, and People Systems to enhance workflow reliability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR systems, or people technology.
  • Hands-on experience administering an ATS (Ashby strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, offer processes, and hiring data.
  • Ability to balance detailed systems work with user support and enablement.
  • Must be based in San Francisco; remote applications are not considered.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting global or multi-entity hiring.
  • Familiarity with compliance-sensitive or highly regulated workflows.
  • Experience creating training materials and documentation for operational teams.
