What you will do

• Optimize HRIS infrastructure and maintain high standards for people data quality, reporting, and audits.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle within PEO/EOR systems to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Lead payroll operations, including input management, auditing, and resolving escalations in partnership with vendors.
• Ensure multi-state payroll tax compliance by tracking registrations and monitoring expansion triggers.
• Administer health benefits and 401(k) plans, overseeing open enrollment and invoice reconciliation.
• Coordinate operational data flow and process continuity between HR, Finance, and Recruiting teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations with hands-on ownership of core functions.
• Proven experience with HRIS platforms and managing operations within a PEO or EOR model.
• Solid experience managing payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with US employment compliance and state-specific benefit mandates.
