Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid options (2-3 days/week) available in San Francisco, New York, Denver, and Scottsdale.

Salary: $88,510 – $126,000

What you will do

• Produce fast and accurate ad-hoc reports on pipeline, conversion, and marketing attribution.
• Utilize AI tools for data cleaning, enrichment, and workflow automation.
• Develop and maintain revenue dashboards for self-serve visibility into funnel health.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to define metrics and design repeatable GTM workflows.
• Translate complex business queries into structured narratives and actionable insights.
• Monitor data quality and maintain standardized documentation for metric logic.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in revenue/business operations or analytics, ideally in SaaS.
• Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Mode) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Demonstrated AI fluency for data structuring and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
