What you will do

  • Design and optimize CI workflows to reinforce sales methodology and make it a measurable part of the daily process.
  • Integrate CI insights into standard workflows for Sales, Pre-Sales, and XDR teams at key milestones.
  • Partner with Analytics and Operations to transform conversational data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Audit CRM accuracy and pipeline health using CI as a truth mechanism to ensure forecasted progress.
  • Manage strategic requirements and process mapping in partnership with Business Technology (BT) for system execution.
  • Define and manage trackers and themes to provide real-time visibility into market trends and gaps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Process Design.
  • Proven ability to build and scale sales workflows that integrate seamlessly with technical infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and ability to translate them into operational steps.
  • High-level familiarity with CI tools (e.g., Gong) and Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
