What you will do

• Identify high-value developer scenarios and translate them into capability roadmaps.
• Engage with developers to understand workflows, pain points, and model failure cases.
• Define evaluation standards for model performance across languages, tools, complexity, and correctness.
• Collaborate with research, engineering, and eval teams to drive model improvements with measurable impact.
• Lead go-to-market efforts to bring AI coding capabilities into real-world applications.

Requirements

• Passionate about AI and developer tools with strong intuition for real-world software engineering.
• Strong signal-gathering from research, tools, prototypes, competitors, and developer interviews.
• Structured thinking to turn ambiguous problems into clear metrics, milestones, and decisions.
