What you will do

• Own the global GTM and enablement strategy for new product categories, from foundational knowledge to advanced competitive positioning.
• Build and ship enablement at scale using AI content pipelines to generate technical deep dives, talk tracks, and hands-on labs.
• Design demo environments and POC patterns that Solutions Architects can customize for customer conversations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate upcoming features into field-ready assets before general availability.
• Establish a product feedback loop by capturing field friction and objections to provide actionable recommendations to PMs.
• Define and track KPIs to measure field readiness and the effectiveness of GTM strategies in winning deals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, developer relations, or technical enablement.
• Proven experience running POCs, handling live objections, and defending technical positions against competitors.
• Ability to quickly become credible in unfamiliar technical domains as a T-shaped technologist.
• Builder mentality with a preference for creating tools, demos, and automations over presentation decks.
• Demonstrated ability to build 0-to-1 enablement programs from scratch.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience at a high-growth infrastructure company during a major product launch.
• Background in both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles.

• Experience building AI applications using RAG patterns or agent architectures.
