Location: New York, NY, USA. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available.

Salary: $95,000—$115,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a finance partner for leaders across Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing organizations.
• Manage end-to-end forecasting, planning, budgeting, and close processes for top-line and operational expenses.
• Maintain and report on key GTM KPIs including ARR, ACV, and active seats, translating insights for business partners.
• Collaborate with Data and BI teams to identify reporting gaps and improve dashboards.
• Prepare comprehensive materials for executive-level business reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical skills for investigating variances and surfacing actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, large data manipulation, and financial systems (Adaptive, Workday), Salesforce, and Google Suite.
• Professional proficiency in English for regular communication with global colleagues.
• Must be based in the US; no work visa or immigration sponsorship is provided.

• Experience with SQL.
• Proven track record of process improvement and professional growth.
• Experience using AI assistants, copilots, or automation tools in a professional context.
