What you will do

• Own sales performance reporting and analytics for bookings, pipeline, revenue conversion, and productivity metrics.
• Partner with Sales leadership to provide insights into pipeline health, deal progression, and win/loss trends.
• Enhance sales forecasting processes by integrating pipeline data with financial outlooks for better predictability.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Analyze sales productivity, including coverage ratios, quota attainment, and ROI on sales investments.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure alignment between financial reporting and CRM (Salesforce) data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, sales finance, or revenue analytics.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
• Experience working with Salesforce data and sales reporting environments.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, TM1, and Oracle.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to communicate data-driven narratives to senior stakeholders.
