What you will do

• Serve as the primary FP&A partner for G&A functions, including Finance, Legal, People, and Accounting.
• Partner with the CFO and CHRO to support planning, resource allocation, and long-term decision-making.
• Develop and automate core financial models (P&L, PLG ARR, bookings) using AI tools like Claude, Lovable, and Glean.
• Design and build advanced Tableau dashboards and automate recurring executive reporting packages.
• Analyze AI-related spend and develop models to evaluate the ROI of AI investments.
• Rebuild legacy Excel processes into scalable, automated systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of finance experience, with 2+ years in corporate FP&A or BI/Analytics preferred.
• Proven experience using AI tools to automate reporting, analysis, or business processes.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high rigor and attention to detail.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS is preferred.
• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area to comply with regional legislation.
