Salary: $131,750 - $165,000

hirify.global is building a new mental healthcare system by automating insurance administration and providing a comprehensive platform for therapists to run their practices.

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models to assess GTM investment efficiency and evaluate growth trade-offs.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes for GTM spend in alignment with strategic priorities.
• Analyze operating KPIs and funnel data to evaluate unit economics and channel performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to surface insights that guide strategic decision-making.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting materials to communicate progress against goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in financial services (Consulting, Equity Research, Private Equity) or Strategic Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Looker (or similar BI tools).
• Experience working with large datasets and a high level of attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in the US (company participates in E-Verify).
