What you will do

  • Own and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Take full responsibility for MRR growth, retention, and churn reduction.
  • Lead and mentor the Product team and partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions.
  • Define and track core SaaS metrics and improve onboarding and activation.
  • Ensure clear communication with leadership and stakeholders regarding product quality and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven experience leading product teams and mentoring PMs.
  • Strong ownership of business metrics such as MRR, retention, and churn.
  • Experience managing and scaling mature, revenue-generating products.
  • English: C1+ proficiency required.
  • Must be based in the European Union.

Nice to have

  • Experience in accounting, fintech, or payments.
  • Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or NetSuite.
  • Background in e-commerce or integrations-heavy products.
