Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS)

What you will do

• Set product direction and priorities using company goals, customer insight, market context, data, stakeholder needs, and technical considerations.
• Define customer problems and product experiences before solutions, creating clear journeys and shared context for Design and Engineering.
• Lead product initiatives from discovery and solution definition through delivery, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Make pragmatic product decisions and trade-offs across customer value, commercial impact, user experience, and technical constraints.
• Develop opportunities and integrations with technology partners, aligning roadmaps and product and commercial considerations.
• Coordinate launches and adoption across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Logistics, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Design.

Requirements

• Strong track record of owning B2B SaaS products end-to-end and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguity and use evidence and judgement to determine the right path.
• Independence, initiative, business awareness, and sound commercial judgement.
• Technical fluency sufficient to work effectively with Engineering and understand systems, integrations, constraints, and scope decisions.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across customers, partners, engineers, leadership, and business teams.
• Strong product and user-experience judgement, with a focus on coherent, high-quality end-to-end experiences.
