Head of Product (AI)

Location: Munich or Berlin, Germany, with flexibility to work from the office or home office

hirify.global is an early-stage European compliance startup building an AI-native platform that automates compliance and helps organizations become audit-ready.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization across product squads.
• Lead the shift from compliance software operated by clients toward service-as-software that delivers compliance outcomes.
• Partner with compliance experts, design, engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, clients, and leadership to turn domain expertise into product requirements.
• Lead and mentor four product managers and two designers while establishing strong discovery and delivery practices.
• Validate product ideas with real customers and use outcome-based data such as time saved, risk mitigated, and time to audit readiness.
• Drive AI-enabled automation and prepare the compliance service and software product for Series B growth.

Requirements

• Experience leading product strategy in B2B SaaS as a Head of Product or in a similar role.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing product managers.
• Experience partnering with compliance or legal experts and translating their knowledge into product requirements.
• Strong interest in AI and applying it to new product processes.
• German language skills are required.
• Experience with GRC, information security, privacy, or technical engineering is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Technical expertise across frontend, backend, and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with GRC, information security, or privacy topics.
• Experience taking products from idea through general availability more than once.
