Salary: $133,600 – $187,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the lifecycle planning and product launch for the Hematologic Malignancies diagnostic portfolio, including Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, and CLL.
- Lead a cross-functional MM/CLL Lifecycle Team to execute strategic plans and maximize patient outcomes.
- Define and prioritize key indications and address evidence gaps in collaboration with clinical and medical teams.
- Drive market access efforts by developing reimbursement dossiers for Medicare/MolDx and commercial payers.
- Execute KOL engagement strategies to build relationships and foster professional advocacy.
- Shape the value proposition for oncology products leveraging clinical evidence and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; MBA or PhD preferred.
- Must be based in the US.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or market analytics within a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
- Deep expertise in hematologic oncology and working knowledge of oncology molecular testing/biomarkers.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% for advisory boards, congresses, and customer meetings.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and operate with executive presence.
