What you will do

• Own day-to-day operations of the San Francisco office, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
• Maintain clean workspace, security protocols, and coordinate facilities repairs with building management
• Greet visitors, candidates, and partners; serve as front desk point of contact
• Plan and host internal events and external investor visits
• Partner with IT on onsite setups and with Recruiting on candidate logistics
• Provide light calendar support to SF lead and prepare for future office moves
• Foster positive office culture through proactive improvements and organization

Requirements

• Proven experience as office manager or coordinator in a startup environment
• Strong facility logistics experience, including office move-ins and rollouts
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and productivity tools
• Familiarity with San Francisco area, vendors, and resources

• Experience in aerospace or defense
