What you will do

• Lead the execution of cutting-edge BIM and VDC solutions across major corporate, manufacturing, healthcare, and transportation projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and integrate digital models to drive long-term project outcomes.
• Manage common data environments and lead large-scale BIM conversions.
• Develop and implement enterprise-level BIM standards and training programs for clients.
• Act as a BIM Owner's representative on major capital projects, collaborating with internal experts and field teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a similar field.
• 5–10 years of experience in BIM and VDC implementation, training, and support.
• 5+ years of experience providing BIM coordination services on major and complex projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, and other supporting software.
• Deep knowledge of primary building systems and the sequence of assembly.
• Must have US work authorization.
