Salary: $160,000 to $180,000 annually + bonus + benefits.

What you will do

• Lead design of innovation products with high-fidelity prototypes using Protopie, Figma, or Framer to simulate complex journeys and test interactions.
• Support growth experiments by designing A/B and multivariate tests for funnel efficiency, conversion, and retention.
• Conduct usability testing with Research and BI teams, turning qualitative feedback into quantitative improvements.
• Define and maintain visual language balancing trust, agility, and business needs.
• Ensure continuity from brand campaigns to product dashboards and contribute to the design system for scalability and accessibility.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience designing and shipping consumer web products with portfolio showing system design and interaction prototyping.
• Hybrid mindset: comfortable brainstorming new products and analyzing conversion data.
• Strong UX judgment for consumer engagement and pragmatic implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in AI tools, Figma, and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
• Ability to communicate design decisions in business KPI context.
