What you will do

• Partner with Sales to design tailored AI automation solutions and deliver compelling demos, POCs, and presentations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures and integration plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success on pilots, implementations, and technical validation.
• Build customer relationships as a technical advisor, resolving challenges and ensuring success.
• Contribute to product roadmap via customer feedback and create technical enablement materials.
• Represent the company at events and stay current on AI automation trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar; 2+ years senior level
• Experience with voice technologies (ACD, IVR workflows) required
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI automation
• Strong communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Native-level or highly fluent in German and English
• Understanding of enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, cloud, APIs)
• Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and multitasking skills

Nice to have

• Hands-on with CRM/presales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and certifications
• NLP, automation workflows, REST/GraphQL integrations
