What you will do

• Collaborate with regional sales, operations, and PMO teams to align engineering support for enterprise programs and ensure skills meet project needs.
• Manage regional project engineering team: lead, mentor, recruit, hire, train, and track performance for utilization, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Develop and implement engineering standards, processes, and audits to guarantee client satisfaction and profitable projects.
• Drive efficiency, innovation, risk assessment, and accountability in project engineering.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, team building, and client site visits to build relationships and enhance project fulfillment.

Requirements

• Reside in or willing to relocate to proximity to Northeastern US for up to 25% onsite work
• 7+ years in systems integration and design
• 3+ years management or team lead experience
• Knowledge of AVoIP, enterprise-level networking design/configuration
• Knowledge of UC, collaboration, and cloud platforms
• Competent in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
